Alex Rosa

Alex was born in Honolulu, Hawaii and lived all over the continental US. She currently resides in the southwestern United States with her partner and their four pets - two dogs named Murphy and Rey, and two cats named Chunk and Catherine. Alex joined the Trending News Hub team in December 2022. She has always had a passion for the written word, having pursued both English and Film degrees in college, giving her nearly a decade of writing experience. Since coming to work for Trending News Hub, she has covered everything from breaking tech news to entertainment news to coverage of the Ukraine war. Before joining the team as their Content and Editorial manager, Alex worked as the studio manager of an eclectic art gallery and helped manage a growing music institute - but working as a writer has always been her goal, especially as a journalist. When she isn’t managing her incredible and diverse team of writers, she is focused on writing breaking world news articles and bringing attention to issues both big and small. Her favorite type of articles are her recommendations and coverage of anything film or television related. For fun, Alex enjoys anything to do with movies, traveling (especially to the UK, where she hopes to live one day), reading, working on her fiction writing, and scouring the news. She loves plants, art, fantasy novels and going hiking with her dogs.
